World Future Energy Summit and CLIX to be held at Abu Dhabi
On January 13, 2020, the World Future Energy Summit is to begin at Abu Dhabi. It is to be held for four days.

Along the summit, the CLIX-Climate Innovations Exchange will also be held.
Pillars of the summit
The summit is important as it is held on five main pillars. They are energy, water, solar, waste and smart cities. The event therefore, will act as the best example to support global economy through recycling, removing single use plastics, using renewable energy, etc.
World Future Energy Summit
It is an annual event being conducted at Abu Dhabi since 2011. The event is dedicated to future energy, clean technologies and energy efficiencies. It attracts world leaders, investors, policy makers, academia, investors, intellectuals and academicians.
CLIX
The Climate Innovation Exchange was launched in World Future Energy Summit, 2018. Since then it is being conducted on the side lines of the summit. It acts as a platform for countries to exchange their ideas on common global problems. It includes future of agriculture, food, energy and mobility.
