World Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo 2024

Uttarakhand is set to host the World Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo 2024 from December 12, which aims to promote Ayurveda on a global scale and explore its integration into modern healthcare systems. Delegates from approximately 40 to 50 countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Argentina, Sri Lanka, Germany, and Canada, will attend, denoting the event’s international importance.

This year marks a historic milestone as Uttarakhand becomes the first Himalayan state to host the Congress. The event puts stress on the state’s increasing prominence in Ayurvedic research and practices. Previous Congresses have taken place in various Indian cities, making this the first instance of a northern state, aside from Delhi, hosting the event.
