Work from AnyWhere Portal
Work from AnyWhere (WAW) portal was launched by the Union IT minister during an event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the foundation of NICSI – a public sector enterprise under the National Informatics Centre of MeitY. The WAW portal seeks to provide virtual work environment to government employees by providing them with easy access to key applications, data and communication facility. The objective is to facilitate rapid transition to remote workplace environment, while also maintaining data security.
