LIC The Union Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitley launched India Aspiration Fund (IAF) as a fund of funds under the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) in order to boost the startup ecosystem. It will invest Rs 2,000-crore in this fund and India’s largest insurance company, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will be the partner and co-investor in the IAF.
