Who was Del Vecchio and what was the aim of this theory of natural law?

Del Vecchio was an Italian jurist who connects human spirit and human reason by emphasising that evaluation of human spirit has been for the human spirit leading to human liberty and autonomy of the individual. Such an ideal content is postulated by inner conscience of all men. It explains the continuing quest for natural law.
