Indian-origin Singaporean, Vishal Mehta has been appointed as the President of the newly-formed International Grown Diamond Association (IGDA). He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Iia Technologies, which grows diamonds at its state-of-the-art facility in Singapore. The purpose of IGDA to represent the grown diamond industry, to promote grown diamonds as a new choice in diamonds and to educate about various unique qualities and applications of grown diamonds.
