Tran Dai Quang, a former chief of Vietnam’s internal security organisation, has recently sworn-in as the 9th President of Vietnam. He succeeded Truong Tan Sang and shall have term of five years. Quang is a member of the 12th Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
