Fazle Kabir, former Secretary of Finance Division, has been appointed as the 11th Governor of Central Bank of Bangladesh. He will succeed Dr. Atiur Rahman due to his resign after taking moral responsibility over the cyber theft from the central bank’s official account with New York Federal Reserve Bank.
