L C Goyal Mr. L C Goyal, a 1979 batch Kerala cadre IAS, has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Indian Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), a miniratna Public sector undertaking (PSU). An ITPO is the nodal agency of the Government of India (GoI) under aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry for promoting country’s external trade.
