High Court of Madhya   Pradesh
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has termed reservation in promotions in the state as unconstitutional. The Chief Justice Ajay Manikrao   Khanwilkar bench has stated that the reservation to underprivileged during appointments is logical but reservation in promotions   frustrate talented people. It is injustice to give priority to reserved categories over general classes in promotions.
