Which film was made to promote ‘Jal Shakti Abhiyan’?

The Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat released a short documentary based on water conservation named ?Shikhar se Pukar? to promote ?Jal Shakti Abhiyan? on 22nd November 2019 at New Delhi.

The film based on the journey of IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre, Ravindra Kumar, who had scaled Mount Everest twice back in 2013 and in 2019.

In 2013, Ravindra Kumar became the first India IAS officer to climb the Mount Everest.

On 23rd May 2019, he scaled the peak of the majestic Mount Everest again, and his time he named his expedition to the Everest as ” Swachh Ganga Swachh Bharat Everest Abhiyaan 2019″ and carried gangajal (holy water from river Ganga) along with him to the highest peak of the world.
