What is the difference in Quarks and Gluons ?
For a long time we know that nucleons i.e. protons and neutrons are the subatomic particles. The scientists are going further deeper and find that there is yet another layer of matter particles inside the nucleons. These elementary particles are calld quarks. Several Quarks bind together and make Hadrons. The best known hadrons are Protons and Neutrons.
Quarks are held together by a force which has been dubbed the chromo force. The Chromo force is represented by particles named gluons. Both Quarks and Gluons are a puzzle yet to be solved.
