- Public-Private Partnership: The Telangana government is spearheading this ambitious project in collaboration with private entities. The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) is playing a pivotal role in this public-private partnership.
- Key Consortium: The development consortium behind the project includes Finczars, a Hyderabad-based company, Varma Constructions from Mumbai, and YFC Projects based in Gurugram. This collaborative effort aims to bring a world-class IT infrastructure to the Old City.
