What briefly about legal persons.

[Jurisprudence] Legal persons are real or imaginary beings to whom personality is attributed by law by way of fiction where none exists in fact. It includes an object, a mass of property, an institution a group of human being etc. Law treats them as right and duty bearing units or entities likes a natural person. It is by a fiction of law that they are treated as persons. The law is creating legal person personifies some real thing or object and then confers upon it a fictious personality. The former can be called the corpus and the latter the animus of the legal personality. Though legal personality, first of all, requires personification, a personification in common speech does not mean that the legal personality has been conferred upon it.
