What are Avalanche Cone and Avalanche Wind?

Avalanche is a vast snow mass and ice at high altitude that has accumulated to such an extent that its own weight ‘may cause it to slide rapidly down the slope of mountains, carrying with it thousands of tons of rock. An avalanche may cause immense havoc, destroying roads, villages, forests in its way. Avalanche Cone refers to the material mass deposited where an avalanche has fallen, including ice, snow, rock, and all other objects that have been carried away by it. Avalanche Wind is the wind produced by an avalanche, it sometimes causes destruction at a considerable distance from the avalanche itself.
