Explain the spatial pattern of the Tin around the world.
Tin is one of those important metals that are used for making alloys. It is a rather scarce metal in its world distribution. North America and Europe are characteristically poor in tin deposits. Most of tin occurs in the form of placer deposits in alluvium. The alluvial deposits in Southeast Asian region are the most important source of this metal. The world’s leading producers are China, Indonesia, Peru, Brazil, Malaysia and Bolivia. Thailand, Australia and Nigeria also produce tin.
