"Although Right to Privacy has not been mentioned explicitly in Part-III of the constitution, yet it has established itself as a fundamental right enforceable against state."Explain.

Right to privacy has obtained a status of fundamental right enforceable under Article 21 of the Constitution subject to reasonable restrictions on the basis of public interest (Govinda Vs State of Madhya Pradesh).  Kharak Singh’s case (1964), Govind v State of Madhya Pradesh (1975), R. Rajagopal vs. State of Tamil Nadu (1994), P.U.C.L. v. Union of India shows the sign of right to privacy can be exercised as fundamental right.
