Tourism Ministry inks MoU with Railway ministry for carrying out Clean India campaign

The Ministry of Tourism inked a MoU with the Railway Ministry for carrying out ‘Clean India campaign’ in the Indian Railways to encourage the nation as a favored tourist destination abroad.

There are also efforts being made to connect the Golden triangle tourist circuit of Delhi-Jaipur- Agra via Sathabdi trains.The Railways will conjointly work with the Tourism ministry for ascertaining better cleanliness at Railway premises and trains. In order to spread awareness, the Messages on Cleanliness as part of the Clean India campaign will also be printed on Railway tickets.
