The 105th session of International Labour Conference (ILC) has been held at International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland from 30 May to 10 June 2016. The focus of the 2016 conference is “Building a future with decent work”. The purpose of the conference would be on qualitative labour and employment, information exchange, labour market formulization, and solution to the social problems and plan for strong, sustainable inclusive growth. From India, the conference has been attended by Bandaru Dattatreya, Union Minister of Labour and Employment.
