Essential Qualification
MT(HR):
The candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 2 years) in HR Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work (with HR as main subject) from a recognized University / Institute.
MT(Marketing):
The candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 2 years) in Marketing Management from a recognized University / Institute.
Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:
UGC-NET, June-2019
Age
Maximum: 27 years
Cut Off Date: 01.03.2019
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer).
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Disabilities Candidates:
- By 10 years
Fee
General/OBC candidates: Rs 500
SC/ST/PwD candidates: Nil
The fee has to be paid online through credit card/debit card, Net Banking and other such modes available.

Basic Pay of `20,600/- p.m. in the Pay Scale of `20,600-3%-46,500 (Pre-Revised)
