Report claims that the team that killed Khashoggi received training in the US

The Washington Post reported that the Saudi team that killed Jamal Khashoggi received training in the US. Khashoggi was a former news contributor at the Washington Post. A bug placed in the consulate by the Turkish intelligence read that the plan was to kidnap Khashoggi and bring him to Saudi for interrogation. Khashoggi was killed in the Saudi consulate at Istanbul. The US  senate after a briefing by the CIA named the Saudi crown prince responsible for the murder.
