Renowned playwright Arun Sarma passes away

Renowned playwright Arun Sarma passed away in New Delhi after a brief illness.  He was 86. He was born in 1931 in Dibrugarh district. In his career, he had written more than 50 plays and books. He has won a number of awards, including Padma Shri, Sahitya Academi and Assam Valley Literary.
