Remnants of Cyclone Trevor : 150 mm rains

After the gusty winds striking at 250 – 300 km per hour speed, it is now role of the after rains to hit the coastal areas. The forecasters warn that there could be 150 – 200 mm of rains in the parts of Eastern Australia in the coming days. On the other side of Autralia, Cyclone Veronica continues to dump more rain by parking itself in the coast near Posrt Hedland. Queensland has said to have received 21mm of rain, the highest in 16 years.
