    Dear Mousumi,

In question 5, the meaning was erstwhile USSR constitution only. everybody knows that Russia was not in existance, USSR is referred as Russia.

Regarding question 6. I think you could more focus on the question, the way you did for question 5. The question is not asking the chairman of the drafting committee. Everybody knows that chairman of the drafting committee was Dr. Ambedkar. The question is asking something different, than chairman of the drafting constitution. The question wants to know whether you are aware of the "Committees on Substantive Affairs" or just have crammed the info. I am hereby providing the chairmen of these "committees on Substantive Affairs".

Drafting Committee (Chairman: Dr B R Ambedkar)
Committee for Negotiating with States (Chairman: Dr Rajendra Prasad)
    Committee on Chief Commissioners' Provinces
Union Constitution Committee (.Chairman: Jawaharlal Nehru)
Provincial Constitution Committee (Chairman: Sardar Patel)
Special Committee to Examine the Draft Constitution (Chairman: Sir Alladi Krishnaswamy Iyer)

The admin tries to be authentic. You can NOT blame the entire website for any errors or omisssions, if any. And if you think that this site may harm you in any ways, please don't visit this site. This is a request.
Further, for your satisfaction, I would like you to read the last para of this book
