Owe!!!!!!! commendable job.. hats off to u… its not only for exam oriented but also for one and all citizen of India to know about our Constitution… Jai Hind….
I have doubt in the first question. Money bill can originate only in Lok Sabha not in legislative assembly. Correct me if I am wrong. These questions are like gems.
How can parliament of india make laws regarding state list?? I am not even sure about concurrent list… parliament have to consult state legislatures… right.. ??
hey. Referring to question no.14…
the fate of legislative council itself depends on Assembly and Parl. So dont you think that the answer should be 1,2,3.??
current affairs about indian constitution are really worth for us..very thanks.. but before that we want to know about indian constitution breifly..i.e.,what is lok sabha, rajya sabha and parliament..how it is constituted..and all those.pls provide that for us..
That is correct. But the Money Bill related to state Governments such as Rajasthan, UP and Haryana, originate in Legislative assemblies. So given answer is correct.
Q5. The minister is individually responsible to the president according to the article 75(2) and collectively responsible to the House of People according to article 75(3). The answer would be president, as the minister holds the office during the pleasure of the president. Thanks
Just wanted to say thank you for sharing these resources, quizzes and archives with all the aspirants. I was on a hunt for something of the sort for quite a while now. Thanks a ton!
if the dispute arise b/w union and state on any subject on which both union and state doesn’t agree, then parl can make the law on concerned sub and which is abide by both union and state.
quiz is good but after looking at the current scenario, some more depth in the question is required…esp. regarding interpretation of important articles as well as recent judgements given by honourable SUPREME COURT.

I agree with you, but that is not ‘dissolution’, that is “abolition” which can be done in a different way.
