Mr. Abhishek, The Indian constitution only provides single citizenship, however there are debates that the newly introduced concepts like PIO(Person of Indian Origin) & OCI(Overseas citizenship of India) provides dual citizenship.
But the fact is that these two concepts offers some privilege to the beneficiary to reside in India for some fixed time duration. The PIO and OCI don’t offer permanent Indian citizenship.
mr.abhishek the indian constitution provides just the single citizenship for the country and not like that of USA which even provides it for the states as well
Thank u sir for such wonderful material.Sir plz could u put up some material related to law (legal G.K.) as i am preparing for CLAT(Common Law Admission Test)
it will be deputy prime minister of India for sure , the chairman is vice president and deputy chairman is appointed in case chairman performs the duty of the president.
Abhishek the thing was to give the overseas citizenship of India , they will not have voting rights in India, certain other benefits are guaranteed but not in any case dual citizenship.
The writ of prohibition is issued by a superior court to an inferior court in order to prohibit or limit the latter courts’ jurisdiction. Therefore, the answer should be (a)A writ issued by Supreme court or High Court to inferior court.
