The Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (Ayush) organized the Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme. It was held in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission under the Mission Karmayogi framework. The first phase was inaugurated by Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, who stressed the need for an efficient and responsive workforce. The second phase was led by Programme Director Dr. Subodh Kumar and facilitator Ms. Shipra Singh using an interactive format with discussions and team activities. Sessions focused on self-awareness, motivation, leadership, and practical applications through case studies from Ayush initiatives. The aim was to improve public service delivery and individual responsibility among officials.
