The Gunnbjorn Fjeld is a mountain located in Greenland, the autonomous territory of Denmark. It is Greenland's highest mountain and the highest mountain north of the Arctic Circle which is 3694 metres above the sea level. It is the world's ninth-most isolated peaks. The Watkins Range form the Gunnbjor Fjeld mountain's parent range. It is a nunatak, a rocky peak protruding through glacial ice.
