Notes: All-India Muslim League founders included Khwaja Salimullah, Vikar-ul-Mulk, Syed Amir Ali, Syed Nabiullah, Khan Bahadur Ghulam , Mustafa Chowdhury, Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah (Aga Khan III) etc. Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah (Aga Khan III) was the first permanent president of the league, however, he was not able to preside the first session. The first session was presided by Nawab Mushtaq Husain Viqar-ul-Mulk, also known as Mushtaq Hussain, who was known for his involvement in the Aligarh Movement.
