Notes: Ashoka has been mentioned as ‘Priyadarshi’ in Bhabru inscription. Bhabru Edicts  is situated at second hill at Bairat, Rajasthan. Bhabru Edicts is a Minor Rock Edicts. It was discovered in front of the Bairat Temple, which is possibly the oldest free-standing temple in India. The Edict is now located in the Museum of The Asiatic Society, Calcutta and hence called as  "Calcutta-Bairat inscription". It is also known as Bhabru Edict.
