Essential Qualification
- Should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent.
Sports eligibility
Should have represented the state in National event or the District in State level event with distinction or his University in an inter-university event with distinction or if he was a member of the combined universities teams.
Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in sports/field trials, fitness/representation level in the tournaments and sports qualification marks.
Age
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 28 years
Cut Off Date: 01.01.2019
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer).
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during 01.01.80 to 31.12.89-5 years.
Children/Family members of those who died in the 1984 riots 3 years.
Fee
Unreserved/OBC candidates: Rs 100
SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen candidates: Rs 50
The fee has to be paid by Demand Draft in favour of Punjab & Sind Bank payable at Delhi.
