y not small andaman and litle andaman in Q8. i saw the map and was little confused.
Some reference with explanation to each question will be immensely useful.

you can say south andaman and little andaman. but as it was specially mention rutland island. the answer is Rutland Island and little andaman.
for qs no 10, the answer should be “önly states” as central govt accounts are maintained by CGA(controller general of accounts) and not CAG.
