Pharma Jan Samadhan Scheme

Pharma Jan Samadhan Scheme is a web enabled system created by National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA). The scheme was launched to address the grievances of consumers with respect to the prices of drugs and their availability. It has provided an online facility for the consumers to redress their complaints related to over-pricing of medicines, non-availability of medicines, refusal for sale of any medicine, etc. The scheme would also act as a measure against black-marketing, artificial medicines and also against practices like over pricing of the drugs.
