OPELIP

Odisha Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups Empowerment and Livelihoods Improvement Programme (OPELIP) is a programme supported by the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), the central government and Odisha government. Its objective is to improve living conductions and reduce poverty among particularly vulnerable tribal groups through capacity building, land entitlements, and improved agricultural practices. Recently, the state government and ICRISAT inked pact for promoting capacity building under this programme.
