On what grounds can restrictions be imposed on movement?

Article 19 (1) (d) guarantees to every citizen the right to move freely throughout the territory of India. According to Article 19 (5) of the Indian Constitution, however, the State may imposes reasonable restrictions on these rights by law in the interests of general public or for the protection of the interests of any Scheduled Tribe.
