Nokia to sell its Finland head office building
Nokia will sell its headquarter building in Espoo, Finland for $222 million as part of a drive to sell assets. Finnish real estate company Exilion will buy the building located by Baltic Sea. Nokia will lease it back on a "long-term basis".
The company is also in trouble as it recently recorded its sixth consecutive quarterly loss as it proceeds with a vast restructuring programme.
