I appreciate the decision of AP high court, because in gov exam there is only less seats and some seats already have booked for minority quota, obc and other cast. Then where all the upper cast will go.aleast gov should recognize that in in upper cast also some are less comunity.I am not saying that give quota to this people also. These politician creates separation among all the people. They are doing this because of their politics, that all the low cast will give vote to them, and again they make their party to rule over the nation.
