National Anubhav Awards Scheme 2025

In March 2015, the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, introduced the ‘Anubhav’ platform through the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare. This is an online platform where retiring and retired government employees can share their work experiences with the government.

Purpose of the Anubhav Platform

The main aim of the Anubhav platform is to collect and highlight the valuable experiences of government employees. By doing this, it creates a large collection of stories and best practices that can be useful for future employees.

Annual Awards Scheme

To motivate more people to participate, an Annual Awards Scheme was launched in 2015. This program encourages eligible employees to submit their stories, and those who make outstanding contributions receive awards. So far, 10,886 write-ups have been shared, resulting in 59 Anubhav Awards and 19 Jury Certificates being given to participants.

National Anubhav Awards Scheme, 2025

For 2025, the Government of India has introduced the National Anubhav Awards Scheme, which now includes employees from Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) and Public Sector Banks. This change allows even more people to share their experiences.

How to Submit Write-Ups

Employees of the Central Government and pensioners can submit their stories until 31 March 2025. All the submitted write-ups will be reviewed, and from these, five Anubhav Awards and ten Jury Certificates will be awarded.

Extended Submission Timeline

The timeline for pensioners to submit their stories has been extended. Instead of being allowed to submit their write-ups only within one year of retirement, they now have up to three years to contribute, giving them more time to reflect and share.

New Assessment System

A new system has been introduced to fairly evaluate submissions. This system will consider the different pay levels of participants, ensuring that all submissions are judged equally and thoroughly.

This initiative offers a valuable platform for government employees to reflect on their service and share insights that can benefit others in the future.
