Mobile app for lawyers, litigants launched by Delhi HC
On September 27, 2019, the Delhi High Court launched a new mobile application. The app makes the services of the court digitally accessible to litigants and lawyers. It was inaugurated the Delhi High Court Chief Justice D N Patel.
The application bestows with details of the status of the case, cause list and other access links to the court’s website.
Key features of the application
- The advocates can apply for E – Inspection and gate passes using the app.
- The litigants can also use the app to get gate passes.
- Both the litigants and the advocates can get updates of the display board of high court and Supreme Court by using the app. Display boards were installed under the E – Court project. The boards display the called-out case status on the screen
- The app provides links to learn information about the chief judges and sitting judges.
