Mizoram clinched 68th Santosh Trophy 2013-14

Mizoram clinched the 68th Santosh Trophy for Football by defeating Railways by 3-0 at Siliguri ,West Bengal and won Rs.5 lakh prize money, while the runners up Railways received Rs.3 lakh. This is the maiden Santosh Trophy for Mizoram and this was also the first appearance for them in the final match.

  • Railways won its’ last Santosh Trophy in 1966.

  • Annual Indian football tournament.

Trophy named after the late Maharaja Sir Manmatha Nath Roy Chowdhary of Santosh (that is now in Bangladesh).
