Essential Qualification

Business Manager

MBA/ PGDM/equivalent Master degree in Agri-Business/ Finance/ Marketing/ Agri marketing/ Economics/ Agri Economics/ Technology Commercialization/ Entrepreneurship from UGC recognized institute/ universities. Minimum 8-10 years in incubation sector/ supported incubation/ accelerator programmes; Assessment and evaluation of projects of startup proposals ; mentoring business mentored at least 50-75 startup companies; facilitated funding support to startups from Angel /VCs.

Manager, Innovation Management

M Tech/ MBA/ PGDM/ equivalent Master degree in Agri-business/ finance/ marketing/ Agri marketing/ Economics/ agri economics from UGC recognized institute/ university with minimum 5-6 years of experience in technology commercialization; supported incubators; assessment and evaluation of projects startup projects and mentoring atleast 25-30 startup companies

Manger, Finance & ICT

Professional with MBA/ PGDM /equivalent Masterdegree in AgriBusiness/ Finance/ Marketing/ Agri Marketing/ Economics/ Agri Economics/ Technology Commercialization/ Entrepreneurship from UGC recognized institute/ universities with minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial consulting; assessment and evaluation of startup projects; organizing workshops and trainings, awareness programmes to promote Agri- incubation.

Manager, Marketing & Communication

Professional with MBA/ PGDM/Equivalent Masterdegree in Agri-Business/ Finance/ Marketing/IT/ Economics/ Agri Economics// Technology Commercialization/ Entrepreneurship from UGC recognized institute/ universities with minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, developing business plan/ assessment and evaluation of startup projects/ entrepreneurship development and well conversant in managing social media.

Consultant

Ph.D. (Economics)/ MBA/ PGDM/ Equivalent Master degree in AgriBusiness/ Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Agri Economics/ Statistics/ Technology Commercialization/ Entrepreneurship from UGC recognized institute/ universities having 8-10 years’ experience in entrepreneurship development/ incubation sector/ fund facilitation/ coordination with other incubators/ networking / content development/ curriculum development etc.

Content Developer

Masters in Mass Communication having two year experience in content writing, article writing and/or blog writing, display advertising content (videos, posts and creative etc.)

Business Executive

MBA/MCA/ Equivalent Master degree from recognized university. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong literacy in computer, MS Office and Internet.
