Maitri Setu
Maitri Setu is a bridge built over the Feni river, which flows between the Indian boundary in Tripura and Bangladesh. This 1.9 km long bridge connects Sabroom in South Tripura and Ramgarh in Bangladesh. It was constructed by the National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation at the cost of Rs.133 crore. This bridge makes Tripura the ‘Gateway of North East’ since provides access to Bangladesh’s Chittagong Port.
