Kulmeet Bawa is the new President of SAP India

SAP India, the Indian vertical of the software enterprise major, has appointed Kulmeet Bawa as the new President and Managing Director of the company. He will directly report to Scott Russell, the President of SAP Asia Pacific Japan.

Bawa is going to replace Deb Deep Sengupta, the current MD of SAP India on July 20. Prior to this, Mr Bawa was employed with Adobe.

Bawa has been given the responsibility of driving and delivering the best experience for employees and customers across the ecosystem as well as guide the business expansion of the company in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Kulmeet Bawa was working as the Chief Operating Officer and President, JAPAC for Resulticks, an omnichannel marketing solutions provider. He has also got the experience of leading the South Asian business for Adobe in order to transform the businesses digitally apart from driving excellence in the customer experience. Bawa also has the experience of working with Microsoft and Sun Microsystems, where he was working on enterprises strategies across industries and portfolios.

SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing)

It is a German multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage the business operations and customer relations. Founded in 1972, it is mainly engaged in the ERP providing for the corporates. The company is based in Walldorf, Germany and it has around 180 regional offices across various countries with over 425000 customers.
