Karnataka becomes first state to map population vulnerable to COVID-19

Karnataka has become the first state to map its population that is the most vulnerable to the COVID-19, including the elderly and those with comorbidity. These groups are currently being monitored by the state on a daily basis in order to prevent the onset of a severe COVID-19 infection. The on-going survey has so far identified around 6 million families with comorbidities and/or old age.
