Kalam Program for Intellectual Property Literacy and Awareness Campaign

KAPILA or Kalam Program for Intellectual Property Literacy and Awareness Campaign is a campaign launched by the ministry of education for increasing patent awareness and for improving intellectual property literacy. It seeks to create awareness about intellectual property rights in higher education institutions. This is done with the help of training programs and credit courses on IP rights for both students and faculty. It also seeks to develop a vibrant IP filing system.
