Jallianwala Bagh Centenary Memorial park

The foundation stone was laid for the construction of Jallianwala Bagh Centenary Memorial park in Amritsar by Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh in a virtual event. The park is dedicated to the victims of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. The Jallianwala Bagh, where the massacre took place in 1919, is located nearly 6 km away from the memorial park. The cost of this project is Rs.3.52 crore.
