Indo-Korean Bilateral Friendship Park

Indo-Korean Bilateral Friendship Park was jointly inaugurated recently by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and his South Korean counterpart at Delhi cantonment. This park pays tribute to the Indian peacekeeping force’s role in the 1950-53 Korean War. The inauguration was held during the South Korean Minister Suh Wook’s 3-day visit to India. The visit focuses on improving the countries’ bilateral defence cooperation. South Korea is one of the major weapons suppliers to India.
