Indian to host 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup

The Women’s Committee of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) recently announced that India is selected to host the 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup.

As India will have the experience of hosting the FIFA Women’s Under-17 World Cup this year, India was placed best among its competitors and won the bid to host the event.
