Indian Navy has issued notifications for recruiting eligible candidates to the posts of Chargeman (Mechanic) and Chargeman (Ammunition & Explosive) classified as Group ‘B’, ‘Non-Industrial’, Non-Gazetted at various commands. Please find detailed information regarding the vacancies below.

Essential Qualification

Chargeman (Mechanic):

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Production Engineering from a recognised University
Two years working experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of design or production or Maintenance of Engineering equipment

Chargeman (Ammn & Expl):

Diploma in chemical engineering from a recognised university or institution with two years experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of chemical engineering or processing from recognised organisation.

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:

Screening of Applications: Indian Navy will screen all applications registered online, as per eligibility criteria and terms and conditions
Written Examination. All shortlisted/eligible candidates will have to appear in the online computer based examination
