India, Russia put off meet by two months to resolve issues

What are the main issues?
Major issues:
- Stalemate over liability provisions for units three and four of the Kudankulam power project
- Controversy over the cancellation of 2G spectrum licences, which impacted Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited, a subsidiary of Russia’s AFK Sistema group.
- Russia has not yet cleared how much time it will take to eliminate major deficiencies that came out during the recent sea trials of INS Vikramaditya.
